Here are our experiences with the different document categories.

1) Fragile or easily tearable documents
These documents require special handling which need to be processed page by page. We utilize a non-contact scanning technology which is able to capture the document information easily.

2) Staples / rusted staples
We utilize efficient tools to remove the staples and utilize production methods to ensure documents are not lost or pages mixed up in the processing.

3) Binded documents
The binding will need to be removed, scanned and rebind again.

4) Photos
Photos will need to be scanned using high definition scanning technology so as to capture the image as close as possible.

5) Namecards
Namecard scanning require special process methods and the end-results will allow you to easily retrieve the namecard information through a search.

6) Booklets
Booklets such as school annual books, special events booklets will need to have their pages scanned page by page. Special jigs will be created so the scan only capture the pages of the booklets.
